Horrible Interview Experience – Unprofessional and Disorganized. Avoid at All Costs. I have never had a more appalling interview experience. The entire process dragged on for 2.5 months, which is unacceptable for an entry-level position, especially considering I have 10 years of experience. The role was offering $75k, which is barely enough to live on in Los Angeles. Throughout the process, everyone I interviewed with expressed their enthusiasm for me to my recruiter. I completed two design tests and interviewed with eight different people. Each person I spoke to gave glowing positive feedback. The recruiter even told me that the whole team complimented him for finding me. My final interview was with Brandon Wade, the CEO, which I thought went exceptionally well. However, a week after the call, I received a thumbs down from him without any explanation, despite the entire team’s approval. This wasn’t just a blow to me; it was also a waste of time and effort for his own team who had invested 2.5 months into this process. Brandon’s decision-making is evidently erratic and unprofessional. It's telling that he's on his fourth wife – it seems even his personal life is a testament to his poor judgment. He uses his money to lure young women, all of whom have separated from him and taken his money shortly after marrying. Brandon, age 53, met his fourth wife, Dana Rosewall, age 23, through his own sugar daddy website and found "eternal love." Quite ironic, considering he's been quoted saying, "Love is a concept invented by poor people." I look forward to reading about his inevitable fourth divorce. Lastly, during the interview, he revealed to me that he is rebranding his website to focus more on love dating rather than sugar dating. Not because of ethics, but because Google doesn't allow advertising for sugar dating websites. What a joke.
