Interview
The interview was a team's meeting, led by a panel who asked 10 questions between them. They asked alot about my experience and wanted to understand what I could bring to the refuge.
The interview process was easily accessible, it was only one interview over Teams and I was then offered the job. The managers were very friendly and accommodating, and did a great job with making me feel comfortable and clearly outlined the role.

Can you share some laws in recent years that have been introduced to improve women's rights?
The first stage was a standard panel interview with 10 competency based questions on the job role and why Refuge. Second stage was a chat with the hiring manager and stakeholder. Both took place remotely.
