Interview
My interview process at Regent was beyond unconventional. The chairman reached out to me on LinkedIn because he really liked my background. I followed up with him and was then contacted by their in house recruiter/HR person. Our intro call went well, and I was invited onsite to meet with the entire team. Basically met with the entire investment team for 4 hours at the BH office and was asked when could I start. I thought this interview process was too easy and that something was up. I had a few more follow up calls with HR person and the chairman just to iron out some details and eventually got a verbal offer, which came in higher than I expected. I was actually surprised all things considered. After the verbal offer, they went ghost mode (similar to the review below this) and eventually rug pulled the offer 5 days later. Whole process was weird. Firm is sketch.

Spoke with a nice recruiter who was knowledgeable about the position and growth of company, then met in person with 5 Regent employees at different professional levels. Everyone was friendly and had great questions for me, felt more like conversations than interviews.
