I interviewed at Regina Health Center (Richfield, OH)
Interview
Interview process was thorough, quick, and to the point. Very kind people, and want the best for their employees. I would reccomend anyone to apply here, as it is a Good facility to work for.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Regina Health Center
Interview
I received a phone call initially and the woman I spoke to was VERY nice. Very engaging and we discussed the position quite thoroughly, (for it just being a phone call) we then set up an interview and upon arriving for it everything was really laid back. The interviewer was very kind and the interview itself was more like a job offering from start to finish. (Some may see this as a bad thing but I didn’t.) After we spoke I met with someone else and toured the facility and met everyone working on the floors. I was asked one behavioral question about handling specific situations with residents. When we returned I was formally offered the job which I accepted.
