Regional Express interview questions

I sent resume through the company website and had interview with a team manager and senior colleague interview. It processed quite quickly and it was friendly and warm interview. I also got the result just after few days.

One sided. Interviewer was quick to set the tone that they don't need you and that you need them. Interviewer was triggered when questioned on how they cared for their graduate pilots and pilots during the pandemic and was quickly shut down and interviewer started being condescending. Noting that I will be contracted to this company for 7 years with financial penalty if not fulfilled.
