I interviewed at Regional Plan Association (New York, NY)
Interview
First round is informational/screener to gauge competencies and learn more about your background. The second round is with the team where they ask you to walk through your portfolio/resume and describe a few projects and then discuss ongoing projects/workstreams at RPA you would potentially tap into.

Question 1
What is one policy you would introduce to NYC to address the housing affordability crisis?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Regional Plan Association (New York, NY) in May 2014
Interview
Good interview, asked questions about my previous work experience, both in and out of school. Wanted to know about knowledge of excel, GIS, etc. Also wanted to know about my previous writing experiences in school. Worth noting that your major/GPA is obviously fairly important to the process as well, though not the be-all-end-all that it is at other places
