Fast response from HR. Very clear on explaining the next steps and what each round would include, got to talk to VP of Engineering as well. Overall very nice people and very nice team.

Interview
The interview process consisted of three parts:
(1) A 30 minute behavioral interview briefly discussing my skills and experiences.
(2) A 1-hour interview consisting of the following: a 30 minute behavioral and a 30 minute rundown of a project of my choosing
(3) A 30 minute interview with the VP of Engineering, discussing my values and why I would be a good fit for the company.
Overall, the interview process with Relay is one of my favorites. Everyone I talked to was really friendly and accommodating. I feel like I was able to communicate my qualifications for candidacy really effectively, especially through the rundown of one of my projects. I feel like my enthusiasm really showed in this part, which I think helped in the hiring decision. I recommend anyone that is considering applying for Relay to do so!
