Through agency. Had a virtual interview with 2 interviewers but one didn’t show up. The interviewer was getting frustrated and rude stating why do I want to work here and not at another bank and was essentially screaming (Umar) like why not TD, why not RBC? Why are you thinking or working here?
Very smooth. There were 3 interviews with the recruiter, hiring team managers, and the VP of people. The recruiter was very supportive along the way and would update me after each stage, and coached me on what to expect and prepare for the next stage. Only took 3 weeks from start to finish.
