Excellent interview process! Very informal, but inquisitive. I really got a good idea of the culture of the company through the interview process. I first did a phone interview with the CEO of the company, who asked very open ended questions to understand who I was as a person. Then there was a 2-3 hour onsite interview where I met him and his team, including the VP of Operations.
