Phone Interview, followed by in person interview, followed by a "Proof of Skillset" project to be completed at home and returned later. --- They drug their feet in getting a response to me for 6 weeks. Finally I discovered they went with another candidate just to avoid my recruiter's Fees. (Something they were aware of from the start).
