      Project Manager Interview

      Dec 11, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reliance Matrix

      Interview

Honestly, this was one of the sloppiest and most insensitive interview processes I’ve ever experienced. I went into this with high hopes, and instead my time was completely wasted. The job description didn’t match what they were actually hiring for, and the hiring manager spent the interview explaining the company and role to me as if I were an entry-level candidate or like I was stupid. I felt completely blindsided. None of the conversation focused on how my experience related to the job, as if the hiring manager didn’t fully understand the role herself. Internally, things came across as chaotic like no one truly knows what’s going on or how to work together to solve problems. For a company that claims to value inclusiveness, compassion, and integrity, I saw the complete opposite. And receiving the rejection immediately after the interview just made it feel even more careless. If an internal candidate was already chosen, don’t waste people’s time. Shame on you for this behavior!
