Relief Nursery interview questions

Pretty standard for a non-profit agency. They do second interviews and pre-employment drug screening as well as require enrollment in the Oregon child care registry. There were three people doing the interview, which included three scenario questions. They asked about organizational strategies, what you define as an appropriate ratio of paperwork to direct service, and how you feel about close supervisor interaction.
