The company opened with a statement about transparency, but would not share basic details such as annual leave allowance and development potential. They also expected applicants to deliver an eight-hour unpaid assignment but would not disclose if it had market value to the business.

Question 1
I was asked to complete an eight-hour unpaid copy task. This was a mandatory step for all applicants, which indicated that the company were actively seeking free consultancy work.
Informal interview i felt comfortable during questions, the interviewer was very nice she explain me the company, ask me to explain the job role, ask me about my experience and hobbies
Easy to talk with the interviewer. The interview was around 30 minutes. She explained about the company and about the post and then asked me some questions. Was a good interview, it was a calm environment
