Dropped my resume off at a store. Was called a few days later and asked to come back to the store to be interviewed in person by the manager a few days later.
Very smooth and thorough. Manager made me feel like a person, wanted to know me as a person not just as a candidate. Two stages, a phone interview and an online video chat interview.

Tell me about a time you had a conflict and how you resolved it? What kind of pets do you have? Describe your ideal work environment.
Overall pretty easy interview process. Submitted resume to the store and the manager reviewed it. After a couple days was called for an interview. Asked questions about customer service and pet knowledge.
