First interview is over zoom, if interested they invite you to the office in SLC and describe their process and what is expected. You meet with recruiter and team lead and they continue to interview I believe if interested.

Really awesome interview process. Meeting some of the financial advisors was a great experience. They were really friendly and the culture seems to be great. I was really excited about interviewing with them.
