Renaissance Personnel Group interview questions

It was a zoom call - it went great and the conversation was smooth and enjoyable. I thought I had this in the bag. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and status updates on the next steps were nonexistent. The company I was supposed to get a 2nd interview for completely ghosted and didn’t give a status updates on anything. It was over a week with nothing so I withdrew from the application process. They were short and cold about it and disregarded my feedback about having better communication skills on applicants. I was looking forward to this job and was given little to no hope on anything coming through.
