Three phone screenings and two virtual interviews, one with VP of HR and HR team and a second with five C Suite Managers for a 25 bed hospital. The role is for a Generalist but they are really looking for an HR- executive leadership type person willing to work for 45K-52K. The interview process alone was off putting. Just a heads up for any HR professionals interested.
