First step phone call and then met with the "CEO" AND "COO". A 10 year old startup that values inflating its own ego with fancy corporate titles over developing into a mature company.

Contacted an hour after I applied via text messages. Interviewed the very next morning with the CMO. They wore very relaxed clothing and I was greeted by a puppy before anyone else. Sounds like a plus, right? NO, interview was more him explaining what I would be doing and asking basic questions like " what made you like marketing?". After the interview I didn't hear back from him at all even with a follow up email. I emailed under a different name and he responded right away so don't waste your time, they are not professional at all.
