For most IT positions, they do contract to perm, so one typically goes through a recruiting firm. Assuming you are a good fit, they typically convert you shortly after the first three months, although paperwork delays can sometimes slow that down. When first contacted about RentPath, I did not know if it would be a good fit. Mariam was very direct and helped answer all of my questions about RentPath, the culture, the team environment, and the work required. There was a math and a SQL question. Written Test was given once I came into the office to analyze not only my knowledge of the language but also how I solved Data/Analytics Problems with SQL.
