I did an initial phone screening which went smoothly. I was then invited to a face to face interview with owners of the company and was asked some great questions! The two owners of the company were very humble and quite interested in what i had say. Unfortunately, they decided to move forward with another candidate but they still had the respect to let me know this instead of ignoring me.
