Applied online. Called into interview a week later. Met with the CEO, discussed my CV and education background. General interview questions, what I knew about the company and how I could be of benefit to join.

What is my religion and will it affect my ability to carry out the role?
Im more surprised this was asked, especially coming from the CEO of the company, Ive never been asked about my religion for any role Ive applied for let alone if it will impact my ability to do the job.
