      I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Replica

      Interview

      Round 1: phone screen with HR, Round 2: 30 min with hiring manager Round 3: take home assignment (customer facing writing sample) Round 4: 45 min with VP of Customer Round 5: 45 min with Chief Strategy Officer Round 6: meeting with CEO Overall, I had a positive experience at each stage, though I didn't make it to round 6. Each stage was very approachable and conversational, really got increasing sense of team and company. A little surprised by how lengthy the process was for an IC role, but not wholly atypical for tech. Was a little disheartened to get a templated rejection after investing so much time, but aside from that was a very personable and approachable experience.
