Interview
A short interview in the office with two members of the team the position is with. The first stage involved filling out an online application that involved two essay questions related to the organisation's mandate. If successful, the next and final stage is an in-person interview at the head office.

Quite general, for eg, how my previous experience corresponded to the role, why I was interest in the particular position, what I hoped to gain from the role, etc.
The key thing to highlight is your interest in the organisation and what they do because ultimately every team contributes to the overall goal.
Very prompt and pleasant communication! Made the process super easy and smooth, and seemed like a great work environment. They did ask some pretty direct policy/values questions in the interview, and seemed to be really working to assess fit.
