Interview
The Program Director will review your application and resume. Even though the majority of applicants send in a resume, you still need to fill out an application. If the Program Director likes you, you're given a tour of the place the same day. The company does a background check and drug test. You pay for the drug test.

There were no "weeding out" interview questions, the Program Director was impressed with my resume and asked why I wanted to work with teenage boys with behavioral problems.
