So I got an Online interview, For the Software Engineer Role I've got selected and worked there for 3 months and the environment is so toxic everyone disliked me because im the only fresher there and cause of me they are losing their bonus pay so they all decided to target me and gave my performance review as very negative so the hireups decided to fire me so I won't get experience letter they just made sure They fire me before my probation period ends but I have learned a lot like how behave when you are in a toxic environment and all.

They would taken profiles through naukri and called for the interview but they dont have interview panel with them,initially they would taken introduction and they said we will get back to you with out any technical round
