I applied online. I interviewed at Reuben Sinclair in Mar 2021
Interview
Face to face interview via zoom. Fairly standard questions but like a lot of recruiters they promise feedback and in this case the next day but I never heard from them again.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reuben Sinclair (London, England)
Interview
Applied for the recruitment consultant role which I found on google. Called up the company to let them know of my interest. They gave me a brief interview on the phone then requested I came in person for a formal interview. The CEOs were casual and friendly. After this, I was invited back for technical tests like scrutinizing an email and drafting a response to a hypothetical client. Another test was doing a practice call with the CEO as if in the scenario to interview / screen a candidate as the job would involve. Very intense as wasn't told this beforehand but managed.
