No interview. But be forewarned: they are absolutely unforgiving in their grading. If your average score falls 0.1 points below the minimum, even for one day, they *immediately* shut down your account without any warning or question. I emailed them about it too, and received no response. No ability to file a dispute like some other sites. And most of the file quality is pretty horrible, especially when you're just starting out, and only have access to about 5% of their total assignments.

Question 1
The screening test was a sample of audio, and they make you transcribe it using their software. Easy enough.
It was easy. Just a short audio file. and also a grammar test. Mostly choice answers. You'll wait for the results , some times it takes just a short period of time.
Easy process to get in as long as you trust your dialect and no human interaction at all. All you do is to pass the Transcription part and English MCQ.
You need to pass a toting test and submit a sample of your work to assess your writing and language proficiency skills. Then once you pass, if you are accepted, you will be able to get trained and have your work graded and paid for.
