Interview
The interview process was on the longer side due to the amount of interviews and scheduling conflicts. However the recruitment team made up for it by being extremely transparent and fast with responses.
The interviews themselves were average-to-hard in difficulty, but very well designed with cross-cutting concerns in mind rather than focusing on details. The interviewers were all technical and were super nice to talk with, and were very helpful during the interviews, guiding and asking interesting questions. All the technical interviews were live (no take-homes)
Overall, a very nice experience, would apply again!

The interview followed the pattern described in their blog post about "how we hire". I was pleasantly surprised by how the technical problems to solve were quite close to work problems, instead of theoretical leetcode algorithms that you might or might not have memorised.

Amazing process! I like that they are extremely transparent and they really value remote work, offering equal pay for equal work. During the process, they were also very patient and respectful as I was finishing the interview processes with other companies.
