It was a short process. Recruiter called me and set up an interview that week. You have to take a quiz on basic EE stuff and also draw a circuit. I heard back within the next day.

Interview
Very relaxed and personable. Not intimidating at all. Interviewed by a team of people. After the interview they will take you on a tour of the campus grounds. They were very flexible and helpful in scheduling the interview.
