First is the Online Test Round in which your Knowledge about Computers will be Tested and then there will be Questions based on Aptitude,Followed by your Listening Skills, Your Language Preferences will be asked and then there will be an Interview with HR

It was good,but they should be more professional.The online test is good,also face to face interview.
Hiring process based on interview process so it is very simple.After that they explain about the company's policy and profile.
