First, their recruiter called out of the blue, without scheduling, while I'm at work. She asked few questions and then scheduled an interview with the hiring manager. The interview was pleasant and he said he will send the work assignment which suppose to take "about 2-3 hours". Eventually it took me the whole day.
I was invited to their offices to present the assignment, and according to their questions they didn't even look at the assignment before, which I find weird and disrespectful.
After the presentation, I asked a few questions about the work environment and their flexibility towards parents, and I think they didn't like these questions and that's why I got rejected.
Their recruiter just called to say that they won't move on without any actual reason, and when I asked for a feedback, she mumbled and said I don't have enough experience, which is bs as they knew my experience perfectly well all along. I guess they're not very into WLB.

The PM interview process was well-structured and engaging. It started with a recruiter chat, followed by a deep dive with the hiring manager, a case study, and meetings with different teams like design and engineering. The case study was the trickiest part, but it was a great way to showcase problem-solving skills. The final round with leadership focused on big-picture thinking. Overall, it was a challenging but fun experience that really tested my product mindset and collaboration skills!
