Was screened initially by HR. This was followed by a manager interview, then followed by a Vice President level person. There would have been 1 or 2 more steps until the hiring decision would have been made. Didn't make it past the VP level.

Interview was straight forward with very comfortable steps. Questions were understandable and expectations for the position were clear. I felt that the steps from HR to VP to 3rd interview went very well.
