Interview
The interview consisted of 3 rounds, with a mix of technical and functional questions related to experience and scenario-based questions along with general programming. In the end, after clearing all rounds ultimately didn't get the offer due to budget issues. I quoted x+30% as expected and had a counter for x+40% but after clearing all rounds HR got back to me that the doable comp for that position was x-20% (current comp - 20%). It is outrageous that a company is interviewing candidates after knowing current and expected and offering less than current.

If you have an equation as a String then write a program to open all brackets and return the simplified string. For example a-(b-c) would become a-b+c. There were revisions to this problem to make it complex.

How did you handle transactional issues in a distributed transaction system?
What was the last piece of work that you delivered as part of your project? Describe the challenges and approach in details.

Interview
It was a good experience. They took 2 technical interview round but then when I cleared both they asked me to negotiate my notice period and that wasn't possible.
So, they didn't proceed my profile for HR round.
