Interview
I received a phone call and had a phone interview, with a really nice person, we talked for about 20 minutes about my past experience as well as my medical issues, and the fact that I was applying for Ontario Disability Support Program, and the difficulties that I would be facing with employment. She said that she was totally willing to work with my medical and make it as easy on me as possible,
Short question/answer 1 on 1 with the store manager. Atmosphere was pretty relaxed since it is just a part-time position. Overall it took less than 30 minutes. Was offered the position after the interview.
Applied in person, was called for an interview the next day. The interview was one on one and was very straightforward and not that long. I got offered a job the next day.

Interview
Met with manager and she asked basic questions. She was very friendly and easy to connect with. She hired me instantly and I started that evening. She was interested in who I am as a person.
