I spent hours doing the exercise required for the interview process. They give you a practice resume to write. Then the email says they will contact you with a decision in 5-7 days. I never heard back. I wrote 2 emails asking for the status of my application but they never even had the decency to respond. RUDE!

Interview
Straightforward interview process with a brief sample resume. I spoke on the phone in a webinar with one of the hiring managers, and she helped me understand the process and how it worked. It was a group hiring, so I'm not sure how it's done now. After the webinar, I was given access to their knowledge-base to learn about the process, find resume templates, and communication tools. The entire process was enjoyable and everyone was very helpful.

Interview
I dealt with this company under the name of Talent Inc. Initial communications seemed really good, until I had completed all required testing and sent in my resume/cover letter. Then I received the exact same email I did initially asking for my information. I informed them of this. The next morning I was sent a contract to sign & an offer to get in on their conference call I guess to be interviewed but only AFTER I signed the contract.
