It was a collaborative process where I met several people where we spoke in a conversational manner. It was comfortable and organic and a great way to get a feel for the role and the team.

Interview
Having already built a relationship with someone from HR over the past few years, I didn't have to do a screening call and was asked to do an in-person interview & shadow shift. I thought both were very well conducted. HR was very transparent about the role and responsibilities. And at the shadow shift I really got a chance to see what things would be like if I took the position, and could decide if it was the right 'fit' for me. Overall, very well done!
