2 in person interviews. First with a developer and lead team. Second with Management staff. They ask you to rate your skills in different technologies from 1 to 5. And then a couple more questions.

Interview
Two-stage interview, in person during the work day. The first interview was with a business manager and technology manager, the second was with CEO and CFO. A pretty informal interview where they ask you about past experience, projects you've worked on, and you're technical skills.
