Richmond Hill Public Library interview questions

Was asked a set of questions. Two people were present at the interview which took place in a large meeting room. The interview included a written test with different reference questions on a wide variety of topics.

initial call. sorting through resumes. asked a variety of questions, some good, most we pedestrian. He was calling it in. At the end he said something to the effect that i would not be called again. I had no clue on a simple concept and had an agenda when it came to a strategy. He was young and very unprofessional. I can't believe this organization acquires good people with this individual working for HR.
