Simple process. Contacted the company, filled out an application and then was asked to come in for an interview. The interview was more about lab experience and culture fit. Heard a response the next day.
It was a very brief interview, I was invited into the office to talk with the hiring manager. Quickly went over qualifications and what work in the lab would be like. Painless
