Very quick and smooth. Started off by submitting an application on the website. Then an HR recruiter contacts you. Followed by a interview time and date. Finally you get interviewed.

There were three components to the application process. There was a one-on-one interview with a recruiter, a CPA Audit Case/Presentation, and a one-on-one chat with a partner at the firm.

Interview
They didn't even send a rejection, nor did they reply after I emailed after the interview. They were the ones who reached out to me in the first place after attending the event and offered me a virtual interview with HR and then one in-person with 2 senior managers and one partner.
