I applied, and within 2 weeks was offered an initial interview over Microsoft Teams. In that interview I was told that a second and final interview would be scheduled within a few weeks. The first interview went very well and I was quite confident. After that I was hit with dead communication. When I reached out I was often ignored. Twice I did get a reply telling me that the interview process had been paused and that I was still in the running. Today, around 2 months after the initial interview, I was sent an automatic reply telling me I had been unsuccesful in the interview process. I never got the second interview, and I was told in that email I wouldn't get any feedback. Really dissapointed in how this process went.
