Interview
Ridgeline's people-first culture is evident throughout their entire hiring and interview process. The first two interviews were behavioral, experience focused, and behavioral fit. After that, there was a virtual onsite, where I interviewed with several team members across various functions. The onsite had similarities to the first two interviews and was an amazing way to meet other potential team-members from across the company.

What's an example of a program that you've managed and what challenges did you face?
The interview process was efficient but very thoughtfully managed. Recruiter and hiring manager were quick to follow up and answer questions, as well as adjust based on my own timelines and conflicts. Some interviews were technical but most were conversational and focused on cross-functional partnerships, which was a great way to get to know the team. Overall a very good experience!
