the interview process was very relaxed and informative Based mostly on my college experience and my experience working with people of all kinds. Really interested in my philosophy on substance abuse treatment and my past counseling experiences

Question 1
Very interested in my personal opinion on Methadone Treatment facilities and my ideas on if they are good, bad, indifferent. Wondered if I had any experience personally (friends, family, etc) with the treatment facility and how I viewed the program in general. Wanted to know my thoughts on working with all types of people and how I would handle certain things like if a client had an unfavorable UA, or if the client were upset from something that occured. Also very interested in my counseling philosophy in general.

Interview
I applied online and received a call the next day to set up an interview. Smaller clinic, but easy to find/park. Staff seemed very pleasant and polite. It was a very relaxed interview with the director; very pleasant and friendly. I was asked "normal interview" type questions and also certain aspects of the job were explained to me. I got a call back in 2 days and accepted.
