In my batch, the interviewer is straight to the user itself. There is no HR Interview. Overall the interview process is enjoyable and insightful. You should know well about their products or services (at least do research before the interview) and its kind internationally and nationally.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Riliv in Oct 2024
Interview
I went through the whole recruitment process, from the HRD interview to the user interview. And I feel that because their work system is work from home, the questions given are more focused on knowing the work style or work ethic that you do. For the user interview, they will show your CV, portfolio and the competency test that you submitted before and ask questions to know more about your skills.
It went smoothly. The interviewer asked several questions that assessed the applicants' profiles, as well as their capabilities. They also asked whether the applicants could manage their time if they have other jobs, activities, or projects outside of work.
