The whole process is streamlined and quite efficient. People are friendly and they they just want to feel if you are right fit to the culture of the company or team
Mostly short technical questions, just asking if I have general familiarity with a subject. No STAR or behavioral interview questions, and no case studies where I actually had to do any work or logic explaining.
Before the interview, I was asked to submit an original writing sample demonstrating my critical thinking, data analysis, and storytelling abilities. The interview itself lasted approximately 45 minutes and was conducted by two interviewers. Overall, the questions were straightforward and not particularly challenging.
