Quite straightforward. They measure competencies and willingness to learn. They look for those who will stay long term and get involved with all aspects of work. 3 interview stages with Head of Legal, Chairman and CEO.
Straightforward. Want to know if you will fit in with the culture of the business and your longevity. Met various people in the company from line manager to owner and chairman.
