I applied through other source. I interviewed at Rios Global (Saint Louis, MO) in Apr 2022
Interview
I applied on LinkedIn. I was reached out to by a recruiter and asked to have a Zoom interview.
The first interview was to get to know me. The interviewer was nice and on time. He did not tell me about the job until the second interview.
They told me the only time they could do the second interview was at 8:45 am. So I chose a day and signed into Zoom at 8:40. The interviewer was 7 minutes late to the interview. I tried not to hold that against him.
The interview went well. I explained my background and he explained the company. He obviously knew a lot about the company. But for any full-time position, there are three groups. You start off as a beginner and you learn the position. Then you are a junior account executive and then senior account executive. They do not have administration roles advertised because the junior role deals with that.
The compensation was not listed on the application or on LinkedIn. He said you are paid per customer you bring into the company. It is $100-140 a customer. So basically commission.
He also said that the schedule is Monday to Saturday.
He said someone would call me to tell me if they wanted me to move on to the next interview. But they never called.
3 Rounds of interviews. 2nd was 1 on 1 and very thorough. Everyone made sure all my questions were answered. The hiring team was very professional and I did feel like I got a good understanding of the role and responsibilities
