I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rise at Seven in Jun 2021
Interview
I had been interested in applying to Rise for a while. When Carrie put out a poll on her Instagram to say they were hiring I voted to say I was interested in a role, and she DM'd me later that night. I was SO excited, at this point Rise was the best in the industry. I sent my CV in to the email address sent over. I had 2 interviews, the first was about my experience (which was none, but very much welcomed), what I knew about Rise and my campaign knowledge. It went well and I was invited for a second interview to present a task which was an outreach template and to talk through how I would go about getting a journalists contact etc. This had a very short turn around, I think from memory the 2nd interview was the next day. I spend all evening on the task. I didn't end up getting an offer, they said that they went with someone with more experience in the end that could hit the ground running. Seems like a bull response considering how much they encouraged people with no experience to apply. I did have to chase/ follow up as I initially got no response after the 2nd interview. Although the response did include feedback. Looks like I dodged a HUGE bullet, so now looking back I'm glad I didn't get the role.

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Rise at Seven in Jun 2022
Interview
Quite sure the person who interviewed me on the afternoon was drunk or on their way to getting drunk. They did not and could not remember my name, nor could they explain what Rise at Seven is at an organisational level.

Question 1
One of the questions which struck me as odd was about branding and brand relevance on socials.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Rise at Seven in Sep 2021
Interview
The person who interviewed me clearly hadn't read through my CV at all, and was surprised when I told her about my past work experiences. She seemed very uninterested in me and didn't ask me any follow-up questions or any competency based questions at all. The whole interview lasted 10-15 minutes and she ended it by saying that the next step would be a task and another follow up chat with a senior member of staff. Never heard back though. By reading the reviews it looks like I dodged a major bullet!
