I applied online, and got a reply from the founder with a simple test set. The test has no time limit, just asking to write down a start and finish time. I submitted the test almost immediately on the day that I received the email. Two days later, the founder emailed me saying that he wanted to have an interview with me, and proposed several time slots. But the weird thing is that he asked me to call him at his number. This looks so bad and arrogant. But I called on time, but he was driving, and asked me to call 10 minutes later, so I had a dinner at home, and I forgot about the call, but he called me back. but he started the talk with a silly question, “which position did you apply?” apparently he didn’t even take a look at my resume even if he is the one who made the interview. Also, he also asked me to introduce myself to him, so I was upset, and asked him back that you didn’t see my resume before the interview, and he started yelling in a mosquito voice. And the interview was halt.

First, the interviewer did not respect the time set for the interview. I had to call him several times to get a response. Second, when he answered he seemed busy talking to a drugstore seller. I was introducing myself but he was not paying attention.
