Initial screening call / first interview was scheduled and completed, then I received an update that they were moving forward with other candidates. When I asked for a reason, they did follow up kindly and let me know that it was due to location, they had decided to make the role hybrid.

Interview
Interview process was quick and organized. However, the position was posted as fully remote, and after three heavy rounds of interviews, it was finally shared that relocation was mandatory. A waste of everyone's time.
